Beef Curry

Ingredients:
300 g beef
1 green capsicum

Seasoning:
1)    2 tsps soy sauce
1 tsp wine
2 tbsps water
1 tbsp cornflour
2)    1 tbsp meat curry powder
1 tsp barbecue sauce
2 tbsps water
A dash of msg

Method:
•    Slice beef across the grain. Combine with Seasoning (1) and marinade for 20 minutes. Blanch beef in warm oil until half-cooked. Remove and drain. Blanch sliced capsicum also in warm oil. Remove, drain and arrange on a plate.
•    Heat 2 tbsps oil in a wok and sauté Seasoning (2) until fragrant. Add in beef, quick-fry, remove, pour over the capsicum and serve.
