Crispy Fried Prawns
300 g prawns
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 ½ tbsp chopped spring onion
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 ½ tbsp chopped red chilli
1 tsp chopped bird’s eye chillies (chilli padi)

1 tbsp salt
1 tsp msg
1 tbsp wine
½ tsp pepper

•    Trim and devein prawns. Rinse and pat dry. Fry over high heat for 1 minute. Remove, drain and set aside.
•    Heat 1 tbsp oil on a wok and saute garlic, spring onion, ginger and chillies until fragrant. Add in prawns and Seasoning and stir-fry briefly over high heat. Remove and serve.
