Steamed Stuffed Chillies
Ingredients:
300 g large red chillies
300 g minced pork
100 g minced prawns
3 stalks spring onions
2 cm piece ginger
1 egg white
Seasoning:
1 tsp salt
½ tsp msg
½ tbsp rice wine
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp cornflour
Method:
• Rinse chillies and chop off both ends. Slit lengthwise and remove seeds. Chop spring onions and ginger finely.
• Combine miced pork, prawns, spring onions, ginger, egg white and Seasoning. Mix well until blended.
• Stuff the red chillies with the filling mixture. Arrange on a plate and steam in a rice ciiker for 8 minutes. Remove and serve.
