Ingredients:
- 500 g spare-ribs
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- 3 tbsps cornflour
Seasoning:
- 1 ½ tbsps black pepper
- 1 tbsp fermented black beans
- 2 tbsps chooed spring onions
- 1 tbsp chooed ginger
- 1 tbsp chooed Garlic
- 1 tsp chooed chillies
- 2 tbsps soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
Method:
• Rinse spare-ribs, drain, pat dry, combine with soy sauce and cornflour and let stand for 30 minutes.
• Heat oil in wok and deep-fry spare-ribs until golden brown. Remove and drain.
• Mix Seasoning and minutes well with spare-ribs. Let stand for 30 minutes or longer. Steam for 1 hour. Remove and serve.
