Ingredients:
- 400 g beef
- 50 g each or red and green chillies
Seasoning:
- 1) 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsps rice wine
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 2) 2 tsps chopped garlic
- 1 ½ tsps chopped ginger
- 1 tsp salt
Method:
• Shred beef and combine with Seasoning (1) and let stand for 15 minutes. Remove stems and seeds of chillies and shred leghtwise.
• Heat 3 tbsps oil in a wok over high heat. Saute garlic and ginger briefly. Add in beef and stir-fry until 60% cooked. Add in chillies and stir well. Add in salt and stir well. Dish up and serve.
