Chicken In Chilli Oil

2 chicken thighs
Sufficient coriander leave

1 tbsp chooed spring onion
1 tbsp chooed ginger
1 tbsp chooed red chillies
2 tbsps chilli oil
2 tbsps dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
½ tbsp vinegar
½ tbsp sugar

•    Steam chicken for 12 minutes. Turn off heat and leave chicken in the steamer for another 12 minutes. Remove, chop into pieces and arrage on a plate.
•    Mix Seasoning well and pour over the chicken. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
