Fish Fillet Curry
Ingredients:
375 g fish fillet
5 button mushoorms
1 big onion
2 tbsps green peas
½ cup cornflour
40 g fish curry powder
A little wine, salt and pepper
Seasoning:
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsps tomato sauce
90 ml water
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cornflour
Method:
• Marinade fish with wine. Salt and pepper for 10 minutes. Slice onion and button mushoorms. Boil peas until cooked.
• Coat fish cornflour and fry over medium heat until light brown.
• Heat ½ cup oil in a wok and sauté onions , button mushoorms, green peas and curry powder until fragrant. Add in Seasoning and bring to a boil. Add in fish. Stir gently, dih up and serve.
